Privacy Policy for Play Lore Counter

Effective Date: October, 31, 2026

Play Lore Counter is developed and operated by Daniel Levain (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Lore Counter mobile application.

Information We Collect

Play Lore Counter does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.

The app:

• Does not require an account.

• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information.

• Does not collect location information.

• Does not collect device identifiers.

• Does not use advertising or advertising trackers.

• Does not use third-party analytics services.

• Does not track users across apps or websites.

• Does not upload match scores, player information, or app activity to our servers.

Information Stored on Your Device

Play Lore Counter stores limited preferences locally on your device so the app can remember settings such as:

• Your selected visual background.

• Ink Drop visibility preferences.

• Whether tutorials have been completed.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting Lore Counter from your device generally removes this locally stored information.

In-App Purchases

Lore Counter offers optional, non-consumable in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card number, banking information, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials.

The app may ask Apple whether your Apple Account owns a particular purchase so that previously purchased features can be unlocked or restored. We do not maintain a separate server-side purchase-history database.

Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Gameplay Information

Lore totals, Ink Drop counts, match results, timers, and other gameplay information are used only to provide the app’s functionality. This information is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

Haptics and Device Features

Play Lore Counter may use supported device features, such as haptic feedback, to enhance celebrations and other interactions. Using these features does not provide us with personal information.

Third-Party Services

Play Lore Counter does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

The app uses Apple services, including the App Store and StoreKit, to process and restore in-app purchases. Apple may process information under its own privacy policies and terms.

Children’s Privacy

Play Lore Counter does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not maintain personal information belonging to children.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not operate servers that collect or retain personal information from Lore Counter.

Locally stored app preferences can generally be removed by deleting the app from your device. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and may remain associated with your Apple Account so purchases can be restored. Questions concerning Apple’s purchase records should be directed to Apple.

Because we do not maintain user accounts or a personal-information database, there is no personal information for us to retrieve, modify, or delete.

Security

Play Lore Counter is designed to minimize privacy risks by keeping gameplay information and app preferences on the device and avoiding unnecessary collection or transmission of user information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Lore Counter’s features or data practices change. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

If a future version of Lore Counter begins collecting information, this policy and the app’s App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
